We are currently working towards compliance to the AS 9100 Rev B standard. Our Quality Management System is deeply integrated with our focus on meeting and exceeding our customers' needs and engaging in continuous improvement. Included within our Quality Management System is/are:
- A fully documented and controlled management system including our Quality Manual, processes, procedures, work instructions, records and their relationships to one another.
- Quality Objectives established at the all levels of the organization which support our quality policy
- Scheduled and ongoing Management Review meetings for reviewing the current status of our organization against established quality objectives and strategic planning for the future.
- Review of all customer requirements before commitment to supply product
- Product realization planning, implementation, monitoring, control, and evaluation against established quality objectives
- Purchasing review and control
- Corrective and Preventive Actions
- Internal Quality Auditing
- Annual customer surveys
- Annual supplier audits
- Annual employee skill assessments
- Ongoing employee training
- Control of measuring, monitoring and test equipment
- Continuous improvement activities
In addition to and incorporated into our QMS is compliance with MIL-I-45208A (Inspection System Requirements) and MIL-STD-45662 (Calibration System Requirements).
